How To Get Started
Step 1 — Start with a conversation
Fill out a short form about your business and where things stand right now. Then we'll get on a call and talk through what's working, what isn't, and what you're actually trying to figure out.
Step 2 — We look at your books
You give us access to QuickBooks and whatever else your finance function runs on, and we go through it the way we would if we were already working together.
Step 3 — You get a plan and a dashboard
We walk you through what we found, hand you a CEO Dashboard built on your real numbers, and give you a written scope and a price. The dashboard is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
Step 4 — We get to work
If it's a fit, we onboard, clean up whatever needs cleaning up, and settle into a monthly rhythm. From there you always know where you stand, and you have someone to think it through with before you make the call.

Courtney’s career spans twenty years in finance and accounting. She specializes in collaborating with founder led businesses across home building, land development, property management, real estate, creative agencies, and professional services. Courtney founded Alchemy Financial in 2020 with a focus on strategic, data-driven decision-making for responsible growth. An Asheville native, Courtney holds a Master’s in Accounting from UNC Chapel Hill and works virtually with clients nationwide.
